Detroit Doing Something Right

This article is a story of Detroit doing something right. They are turning something old that is not being used into something that is practical and needed, a parking garage. They need to stay open to innovation and allow for people to re-create the city. If the city of Detroit is very hesitant in allowing someone to turn old buildings into new profitable businesses, than entrepreneurs will not be attracted to Detroit. The city needs to market itself to investors so they will come and start new businesses in the area. I feel that if the city can get a few investors to really try and make something of the city, than it will create a snow ball effect and many more will follow.
